Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your perfume arrives damaged, we offer an exchange under the following conditions:
• Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of purchase.
• Perfumes are eligible for exchange only in case of damage.
• Email us at evoluerparfum@gmail.com with your order details and reason.
• Our team will respond within 48 hours.
Mandatory: Please record a clear unboxing video starting from opening the plastic wrap to showing the perfume bottle. This video is required as proof without it, claims cannot be processed.
Exchange Process
1. Email us within 3 days of purchase with the unboxing video.
2. Request the return shipping address via email
(return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility).
3. Once we receive the returned parcel, your exchange will be processed.
4. Replacement orders are shipped within 2–3 working days.
